West Ham target Everton & Tottenham attackers as Slaven Bilic looks to replace Stewart Downing

Upton Park side chase Premier League pair.

West Ham boss Slaven Bilic has set his sights on Tottenham wide-man Aaron Lennon and Everton’s Kevin Mirallas as possible summer signings according to the London Evening Standard.

The Upton Park side sold Stewart Downing to Middlesbrough and as such have an attacking void to fill.

Though 30-year-old England man Downing came in for a fair amount of criticism in recent seasons it’s worth noting that the former Liverpool man was by some distance West Ham’s most effective attacking weapon in 2014/15.

Downing finished the season as the club’s leading assist maker and only Diafra Sakho netted more goals than the winger.

Of the two targets named it may prove easier for West Ham to land Lennon as the White Hart Lane star is clearly surplus to requirements at the north London club.
