Man United will win big against Swansea and begin fightback

Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United are not in a good place. A thrashing from Chelsea at Stamford Bridge was compounded by a loss at Fenerbahce in the Europa League and a goalless draw against Burnley in the Premier League last weekend.

That draw could be seen as the template for today, with United taking on a side from lower down the division and struggling to create chance against them. But that would be to give Burnley too little credit. Despite a limited team, Sean Dyche’s men are extremely organised and needed a lot of luck to survive against the Red Devils. Swansea are not nearly that strong defensively, nor are they likely to be that lucky.

The Swans have conceded 10 in their last 5 games, and just don’t have the defensive quality to stop United. Jose Mourinho’s men will be delighted to finally be able to take out their frustration, and things could get ugly at the Liberty Stadium, particularly if United score early.
