The coveted Germany international has been heavily linked with the Premier League champions in recent weeks, especially as with just 18 months left to run on his current deal at the Allianz Arena, there has been no sign of a new deal being offered to Kroos.
However, after Tuesday night’s clash between the two European giants in the first leg of their Uefa Champions League clash at Old Trafford, which ended in a 1-1 draw, the holding midfielder confirmed to Munich-based newspaper TZ that while he was impressed by the Theatre of Dreams, he will not push for a move to the Red Devils next season.
“It is a beautiful stadium, but I belong to Bayern Munich,” said the 24-year-old.
The German has so far appeared in a total of 42 matches in all competitions for the European champions, managing to contribute three goals and nine assists along the way.
