Chelsea & Manchester United Target Paul Pogba Tipped To Break Transfer Record

Agent reveals six clubs chasing extremely expensive midfielder.

The agent of Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba has tipped his client to move for more than the £80m Real Madrid paid for Cristiano Ronaldo back in 2009, the Daily Express reports.

The 21-year-old is supposedly a top target for six clubs, including three from the Premier League – Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City – along with Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain.

If Pogba moves for more than £80m to an English club he would break the transfer record in Britain, but it could even be that he will eclipse the world record fee of £85m that Real paid to sign Gareth Bale in 2013.

His agent, Mino Raiola, is quoted as saying: “Pogba could go to one of six teams. When the right moment arrives this summer we will take it but moving isn’t an objective itself. We’re in no hurry.

“If he goes he will break Ronaldo’s transfer record.”
