The tricky winger, who bagged seven goals and eight assists in last season’s Colombian Primera A, has signed a four year contract with the MLS side and is expected to go straight into their starting team.

“Despite being only 23 years old, Michael has a lot of experience in the first division in Colombia,” FC Dallas manager Oscar Pareja told fcdallas.com. “He is a player that we know can come in and help us offensively right away. He has the speed and talent to be a great player in this league.”

Dallas finished last season in 4th place in the Western Conference. They kick off their 2015 campaign on Saturday 7th March when they welcome last season’s bottom side San Jose Earthquakes to the Toyota Stadium.
