Potential swap deals that could help bring John Stones to Chelsea.
Jose Mourinho is known to want to bring John Stones to Chelsea from Everton this summer, but the clubs agre struggling to agree on a fee, so here are five Blues players that could head in the opposite direction to help sweeten the deal…
1) Kurt Zouma
In a like-for-like exchange, exciting young centre-back Kurt Zouma could be offered to Everton, perhaps on loan, to help ease the damage done to the Toffees defence after Stones’ exit.

2) Victor Moses
Previously loaned out to Liverpool and Stoke City, Victor Moses has been linked with Everton in the past and could be a tempting offer for the club if Chelsea decide to offload him, which seems likely.
3) Mohamed Salah
Out of favour at Chelsea and heading for a likely exit this summer, Mohamed Salah’s move to AS Roma seems to be being held up, so he could be a smart player to offer to Everton if it helps them land Stones.
4) Loic Remy
Everton could do with more options up front next season, so Loic Remy might be a good option for Chelsea to try sending to Goodison Park in any Stones deal, with the Frenchman likely to now be third choice up front for Jose Mourinho’s side.
5) John Obi Mikel
No longer a regular, John Obi Mikel would certainly be a good signing for Everton and could help the Blues bring Stones to Chelsea.
