Man Utd transfers: 3 in, 3 out on deadline day as LVG eyes La Liga duo & Bundesliga pass-master

Man Utd transfers ins and outs for deadline day.

There look set to be a late flurry of Man Utd transfers on deadline day as Louis van Gaal plans some final changes to his squad at Old Trafford.

Three players look set to be heading out, while three could come in in addition to an already-completed deal for AS Monaco starlet Anthony Martial.

According to various reports circulating today, the changes are likely to be as follows:

Out – David de Gea

Real Madrid are still desperate to push this move through and it shouldn’t be ruled out, with David de Gea long linked as one of their top targets after deciding to leave United.

In – Keylor Navas (Real Madrid)

A world class goalkeeper who’d be a fine replacement for De Gea if he moves as part of the swap deal, Keylor Navas could still join as Spanish clubs can still sell players after their transfer deadline.

Out – Marcos Rojo

A surprise move, but reports suggest Marcos Rojo has fallen out of favour with Van Gaal and could be another player sold on deadline day.

In – Hakan Calhanoglu (Bayer Leverkusen)

With midfield a priority, United are being linked with an exciting move to sign Bayer Leverkusen sensation Hakan Calhanoglu, one of the best young midfielders in Europe.

Out – James Wilson

Set to leave on loan, it remains to be seen where James Wilson will end up, but he doesn’t currently look like challenging for a place up front.

In – Antoine Griezmann (Atletico Madrid)

Coming in to boost United’s attack could be Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann, who has a £46.1m release clause and who would be an immense addition.
