Everton plan January move for Arsenal star

Everton are reportedly lining up a move for Arsenal defender Mathieu Debuchy as a replacement for Seamus Coleaman who is a target for Ligue 1 side PSG according to the Liverpool Echo.

French international Debuchy missed almost the entirely of last season with an ankle ligament injury and has since seen youngster Hector Bellerin make the right-back berth his own.

The 30-year-old moved to the Emirates Stadium after impressing during his time at Newcastle United and may now be considering his future at the North London outfit.

Debuchy started Arsenal’s opening weekend fixture with West Ham but was subbed and hasn’t featured in Arsene Wenger’s starting eleven since.

Arsenal paid Newcastle United £12m for Debuchy back in July 2014 and he has made a total of 15 appearances for the Gunners.
