1) Dejan Lovren
A £20m flop signed from Southampton last year, Dejan Lovren has been hopeless at Liverpool. After one or two decent games at the start of this season, some thought the Croatian may finally be improving, but he has since gone backwards again and simply needs to be offloaded.

2) Kolo Toure
A backup player who isn’t really capable of playing at this level anymore, Kolo Toure is another defender Liverpool need to get rid of if they are to show any serious ambition of winning silverware.
3) Joe Allen
Signed from Brendan Rodgers’ old club Swansea, Joe Allen hasn’t really brought his form from the Liberty Stadium with him to Liverpool and looks like being fourth or even fifth choice in central midfield now.
4) Jose Enrique
Better known for his social media ventures, Jose Enrique has barely kicked a ball for Liverpool in recent seasons and surely has to be got off the wage bill before long.
5) Divock Origi
After an unconvincing start this season, Divock Origi is rumoured to be heading out on loan in the January transfer window, and it seems like a temporary exit could be good for the young Belgian to gain some confidence and fitness.
