Manchester City midfielder David Silva assisted Chelsea striker Diego Costa for the opener.
City winger Nolito doubled the lead after breaking past the opposition Albania defenders into the box before sliding the ball past the keeper.

Nolito now has six goals and seven assists in 15 appearances for the Spain national team since making his debut.
