Southampton youngster Josh Sims made his full debut for the club on Sunday in the 1-0 victory over Everton at the St Mary’s stadium.
Sims made an immediate impact providing Charlie Austin with the opening goal inside the first minute of play – which ended up proving to be the winning goal.
The 19-year-old was awarded the man of the match award by Sky Sports after the game and they shared a picture confirming that he won the prize on the official club twitter account alongside information about his match stats.
