Tall midfielder has been offered to West Ham United this summer

The Star reports that a third party has contacted West Ham and inquired whether they would be interested in the chance to acquire Sander Berge from Sheffield United.

Berge was acquired by the Blades for a club-record £22million cost. The 25-year-old has shown to be a good signing for them.

Sheffield United reportedly wants about £35 million for Berge, according to The Star.

The Norwegian midfielder is ideal for the London Stadium system under David Moyes. He is an energetic tackler who is also very calm and collected when in possession. He stands at 6 feet 5 inches tall, making him a clear threat from set pieces.

  1. Didn’t West Ham look at signing him before he signed on with the Blades?
To be honest, I expect West Ham to be looking at bigger fish this summer.
