Chicharito eyeing Manchester United stay.
Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez has no intention in leaving the club this summer and has told his agent that he is not looking for a move away from the club this summer, according to Sky Sports.
The 25-year-old had been heavily linked with a move away this summer after slipping behind the likes of Wayne Rooney, Robin Van Persie and Danny Welbeck in the club’s pecking order. The three all made more appearances in United’s race for the title and he has been mentioned as a possible makeweight in the deal that could see Cristiano Ronaldo return to the club from Real Madrid.
However, he still managed to bag 10 goals in 22 appearances in the Premier League this season, making 12 in 36 overall, and his agent has suggested that he is going nowhere this summer and will be looking forward to an opportunity to impress new boss David Moyes.
“He is very happy at Manchester United. Javier has been there three years and has won the league twice. Not many can say they have achieved that,” his agent, Eduardo Hernandez said.
Chicharito, as he is affectionately known, has failed to make the same impact as he had during his first season in Manchester in 2010/11.
