Rajagobal: We will be ready for Barcalona

Malyasia coach confident in his own abilities 

Despite a series of losses to J-League teams as well as recent demolitions by Arsenal and Chelsea Malaysia Coach Datuk Rajagobal is doing his utmost to boost morale.

Speaking to Malaysian TV channel,Astro Arena, Goal.com reported him as saying: a coach, it is my job to ensure we do well. I am sincere to my job and not afraid. I am trying my best and we will be ready for the game against Bahrain.”

The coach has been roundly criticised by former players and figures from the Football Association of Malaysia.

The Minister of Sports Khairy Jamaluddin and former international Khalid Ali are among those to call for his resignation.

His Malyan Tigers tour of Japan ended in disaster with the side conceding 12 goals and losing all three games.

According to Goal, the FAM will meet today to discuss the coaches future, for Rajagobal the next challenge lies in an Ehibibition match with Barcalona on 9th August followed by friendlies with China and Bahrain.

The national side have recently lost to Palestine, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Thailand, when the side beat Indonesia 4-2 on aggregate in the final of at he SEAN Suzuki Cup the Prime Minster declared a Public Holiday.
