Red Lizards are a step closer too completing Foreign Quota

Mike Snoei has complete his final foreign quota signing, bringing in Australian attacker James Meyer from Brisbane Roar.

The 27-year-old who can play as a striker, winger or attacking midfielder will be the third out of four pemitted foreigners cleared to play for the side.

Former Portsmouth Defender Callum Angus, is expected to join the club once his Visa is processed, Ivorian Midfielder Douhou Pierre  makes up the third of Pune’s foreign signings.

Speaking to The I-League.com ,Pune FC Head Operations, Chirag Tanna said: “We are very happy to have signed James. He is a versatile player who has invaluable experience; not only has he played in the A-League but also the Asian Champions League. I would like to wish him the very best of luck for the season ahead”
