Old Trafford wide-man wanted by Istanbul side.
Turkish giants Galatasaray are said to be keen on Man United winger Ashley Young according to CalcioMercato.
The 28 year old England international has not only come in for a fair amount of criticism in recent months due to his diving antics but the former Aston Villa man has also become something of a bit-part player at the Old Trafford club having made just three Premier League starts thus far this season.
Even Man United David Moyes has admonished Young for going down to easily and the Scot may well be ready to consider offers for the attacker, not least as youngster Adnan Januzaj has come to the fore and Wilfried Zaha is waiting patiently for his chance to shine.
It’s fair to say that Young has failed to live up to expectations and the £17m invested in his services at present looks like a fairly expensive mistake.
Young has gone an incredible 31 Man United games without a goal and one would imagine that the Premier League title holders may accept as little as half the fee they forked out for the player back in June 2011.
