Old Trafford side linked with surprise bid money move for Stamford Bridge star.
Man United are ready to make a move for underused Chelsea youngster Kevin de Bruyne according to Tribalfootball.
Though the Blues have placed a somewhat inflated £25m price-tag on the 22 year old Belgian this is apparently a fee David Moyes is ready to fork out for the Stamford Bridge bit-part player.
Moyes targeted De Bruyne whilst at Everton and is ready to revisit the idea of signing the former Racing Genk man, who cost Chelsea £7m but is yet to make an impact at the West London side.
De Bruyne had an excellent season on loan at Werder Bremen which led to a call-up to the Chelsea first team set-up and despite impressing during pre-season the attacking midfielder has not adapted well to life in the Premier League.
Jose Mourinho has handed the flair player just two top tier starts and the last of those came in late August so one imagines a £25m bid, even from a domestic rival, would be gladly accepted by Chelsea.
De Bruyne works well out wide and this is certainly an area Moyes could do with improving in his Man United squad given the inconsistent displays put in by the likes of Nani, Ashley Young and, to a lesser extent, Luis Antonio Valencia.
