France boss Didier Deschamps has named his final squad to take to the World Cup in Brazil this month and has opted to include Bayern Munich star Franck Ribery despite the midfielder suffering with a back injury that had threatened his involvement.

While the winger is still not 100 per cent fit, he can be replaced at any time up to a day before their first match against Honduras on June 15.

Meanwhile, nine Premier League stars have made the cut, too. With the likes of Hugo Lloris, Bacary Sagna and Patrice Evra all travelling to South America.

Defenders: Mathieu Debuchy, Lucas Digne, Patrice Evra, Laurent Koscielny, Eliaquim Mangala, Bacary Sagna, Mamadou Sakho, Raphael Varane;

Forwards: Karim Benzema, Olivier Giroud, Antoine Griezmann, Loic Remy, Franck Ribery
