Expensive Manchester United Flops To Be Given One Last Chance At Old Trafford

Anderson and Bebe named in the Red Devils’ squad to tour USA.

Manchester United’s outcast duo of Anderson and Bebe could be given one last chance to stake a claim for a first team place in the Red Devils’ squad, when they travel with new boss Louis van Gaal and his coaching team to the United States soon, reports the Manchester Evening News.

Anderson, who spent the second half of last season on-loan at Fiorentina, did not impress enough to seal a permanent move to Serie A, while Bebe, who has been a forgotten man at Old Trafford since he last played for the English giants in 2011, has also returned from a productive loan spell with Pacos de Ferreira in his home nation Portugal.

Both names were both included in United’s pre-season team by the organisers although the Red Devils did not bother to mention the names of either player in their own list.

Van Gaal is yet to take a good look at the duo, and despite some uncertainty over how much time the pair will get on the pitch during pre-season, it at least presents a slender chance for both Anderson and Bebe to give one last shot to salvage their United careers.
