Serie A midfielder could make Bundesliga switch.
Manchester United target Fredy Guarin has been linked with a move from Inter Milan to Borussia Dortmund, while Wolfsburg are also monitoring his situation, according to Fichajes.com.
The Colombian international has established himself as a top performer in Serie A in recent seasons, and has been mentioned as one of several possible targets for United this summer as the club eye new additions in the middle of the park.
Guarin could be a cheaper option than the likes of Arturo Vidal, with a market value of roughly £12m, though the Bundesliga could now be his next destination as Dortmund and Wolfsburg step up their interest in the player.
Jurgen Klopp’s side are in need of cover for the injured Ilkay Gundogan in that position, and Guarin could be great addition for the team as they look to compete with Bayern Munich for the title this season.
Dortmund have mostly had to cope with the departures of key players in recent times, with Robert Lewandowski moving on a free transfer to rivals Bayern, following in the footsteps of Mario Goetze, who made the same move last summer, while another star player in Marco Reus continues to be linked with a move away.
