Serie A champions close to agreeing new contract with midfield star.
Italian giants Juventus are set to hand Manchester United target Paul Pogba a new contract in order to put an end to the speculation surrounding his future, according to Inside Futbol.
Pogba found himself in demand over the summer with the likes of Paris Saint Germain, Manchester City and former club Manchester United all keen to secure his services.
However, Juve managed to keep hold of him and look set to reward his loyalty by giving him a renewed contract in the hope of putting an end to the speculation surrounding his future.
And their agreement with Pogba will see the Frenchman put pen to paper on a new contract running until the summer of 2019, while the player will earn a yearly pay packet of around €4m.
Pogba quickly established himself in Juve’s first team ever since United allowed him to leave during the summer of 2012.
His stock has also risen at international level, where he has become a key member of Didier Deschamps’ France squad.
