Stoke City have taken the lead against Swansea City in their Premier League encounter at the Britannia Stadium as Jonathan Walters finishes off a superb team move.

It started when defender Geoff Cameron broke up the Swans attack and the ball eventually moved out wide to Liverpool loanee Oussama Assaidi, who put in a great cross for Walters to head it in.
