Chelsea Manager Jose Mourinho Planning To Give Angel di Maria The Olly Murs Treatment At Old Trafford

Mourinho tripped Murs during charity match in the summer.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is so appreciative of the talents of Manchester United winger and Britain’s most expensive player, Angel di Maria, that he is willing to trip him in the same way that he did pop star Olly Murs during Soccer Aid, the last time that Mourinho managed a team at Old Trafford, report the Daily Star.

Mourinho managed flying Argentine midfielder di Maria at Real Madrid and clearly hasn’t forgotten about his electric pace and dribbling abilities, so much so that he is planning to be his team’s twelfth man at Old Trafford:

“Did you see the tackle I made? If I could do the same on Sunday, I would.”

“And it’s the same referee. If I see Di Maria in front of me dribbling, BOOM!”

Mourinho amused referee Phil Dowd and a capacity Old Trafford crowd in the Summer when he sent Murs sprawling to the ground as he broke away down the wing – but that would probably be frowned upon on Sunday afternoon.
