Melbourne City captain Patrick Kisnorbo was brutally honest in his assessment of the mood around the struggling A-League side.

The former Leeds United man said the whole squad was down on confidence after a poor start to the season.
“Everyone’s down, I’m not going to lie, everyone’s a bit down,” Kisnorbo said.
“Confidence is a big issue, it’s a big thing and it’s a bit low after our last performance.”
City currently lie in seventh on the A-League table, managing just one win from its opening eight matches.
“Obviously there’s a lot of expectation on us because of Manchester City, but we’re not the only team in this world that’s gone through hard stages,” Kisnorbo said.
