Juventus could be on alert for the possible signing of Manchester United’s on-loan striker Radamel Falcao as his future at the club remains in doubt, according to Spanish source Fichajes.net.

The Colombian international has not had the best of times in England since his deadline day loan transfer from AS Monaco in the summer, and his days at the club may be numbered after he was left out by manager Louis van Gaal in his side’s last game at home to Southampton.

Falcao has previously been regarded as one of the best strikers in the world, but only has three goals to his name for United, struggling for fitness and form in his time at Old Trafford so far.

Juventus are still interested, however, and may revive their interest in the player after it emerged that Monaco could sell him for just £30m, lower than initially expected.

United, meanwhile, could be interested in signing Palermo striker Paulo Dybala as Falcao’s replacement.
