‘Send him back!’ Twitter reacts as Radamel Falcao flops for Man United at Chelsea

Manchester United striker Radamel Falcao came in for some stinging social media criticism in the wake of his side’s 1-0 defeat to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

The out-of-sorts forward filled in for captain Wayne Rooney up front, with Rooney dropping back into a midfield role, but Falcao spurned several chances in west London.

United played well for long spells and enjoyed plenty of possession, but the ex-Atletico Madrid man was not able to make the Premier League leaders count.
