Everton superstar wanted by Juventus to replace top Arsenal target

Everton striker Romelu Lukaku had an incredible season this past year even as the Toffees toiled in the bottom-half of the table. With the team poised to lose plenty of talented players this summer, Lukaku might lead the Goodison Park exodus in a big move to a Champions League giant.

According to Football Italia, Lukaku is being linked with a move to Juventus as the Serie A giants search for a potential replacement for striker Alvaro Morata.

Per the source, Morata is likely to return to Real Madrid in a buy-back by the Champions League winners – leaving a big hole at striker that the 23-year-old Lukaku might fill.

Arsenal are reportedly waiting in the wings to scoop up Morata if he gets sold back to Real Madrid this summer.

Lukaku finished the 2015-16 season as the fourth-leading scorer with 18 goals – a new career high. He finished his Everton campaign with 25 goals in 46 total competitions.
