The site Tuttosport revealed that the winger, who has failed to deliver this season in the Premier League, could possibly return to the Serie A in order to regain first team football.

Cuadrado could join the Italian club for an initial £2 million loan-fee.

Since his arrival in the Premier League earlier this year, the Colombian national has only made 12 appearances and has struggled to meet Mourinho’s demands. The former Fiorentina player only signed a four and half year deal with Chelsea for £23.3 million in January, but it appears the club are willing to let him move on already.

Cuadrado’s professional debut was in 2008 with Independiente Medellin from Colombia. In 2009 in moved to Italy, playing with Udinese, Lecce, and finally Fiorentina.
