Now in his sixth season at Old Trafford, Brazilian international midfielder Anderson is a popular player with the Manchester United faithful.
But the emergence of fellow midfielder Tom Cleverley over the last two seasons, coupled with injury problems for Anderson himself, has limited the 24-year-old’s time on the pitch for Manchester United.
He is contracted to the club until the summer of 2015, but it could well be the right time to cash in on Anderson this summer. He could well be used as part of a deal to get Cristiano Ronaldo back to Manchester United, but should leave one way or another.
