Sunderland summer signing Emanuele Giaccherini has been linked with a quick return to Serie A with Inter Milan this January, according to talkSPORT.
The 28-year-old has impressed at the Stadium of Light since making the move from Juventus, and although he is said to be happy in the Premier League, Inter Milan could make him one of their many transfer targets this winter.
Since their recent takeover by Indonesian businessman Erick Thohir, Inter have been linked with several big names, and Giaccherini is the latest to come onto their radar.
The Italian giants will try their luck with an opening offer of around £6.5m.
