Manchester United look set to bring in four more big names in the transfer market next summer, following on from the huge amounts spent by Louis van Gaal this year.

The Red Devils are being tipped to continue this new aggressive approach to making signings, with van Gaal setting his sights on four main targets, mostly in the defensive positions, as the club look to continue growing and aiming to get back among the top four.
So far, United’s big-name signings of this summer have had mixed success, with Angel Di Maria, Daley Blind and Ander Herrera faring well, while Radamel Falcao and Luke Shaw have perhaps been disappointing. Still, there is plenty for the fans at Old Trafford to be excited about by these four big names on the club’s shopping list.

A player who has impressed greatly in La Liga, Atletico Madrid defender Diego Godin is among the club’s top targets to come in and bolster their options at the back.
