Match of the Day presenter Gary Lineker has made an obscene promise on the back of Leicester City’s victory over Chelsea on Monday evening.
The former England striker has made no secret of his love for the Foxes, a team he once played for, and is clearly enjoying his former side’s remarkable run in the Premier League this season…even if he is finding it somewhat stressful.
Leicester defeated reigning champions Chelsea 2-1 on Monday evening following goals from Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez, a win that takes Claudio Ranieri’s side back up to top spot.
After 16 matches, the Foxes find themselves two points clear of second-placed Manchester City, three ahead of Arsenal, and an unthinkable 20 points clear of reigning champions Chelsea.
Taking to Twitter on Monday evening, Lineker admitted that he found Leicester’s fine form in the EPL somewhat stressful.

However, the ex-striker—clearly buoyed by the Foxes’ showing—has made something of a worrying promise.
If Leicester win the league, Lineker claims, he will present the first Match of the Day of next season in his underwear.
Anyone else backing City to overhaul the Foxes all of a sudden?!
