Man United prepare move for unsettled prolific AC Milan goalscorer

Manchester United are reportedly preparing a move for AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca, according to the Daily Mirror.

United have been left lacking in the goalscoring department this season and are looking into possible new recruits to help them rediscover their potency up front, leading them to Bacca as a real option.

The Colombian international only joined Milan over the summer from La Liga side Sevilla, but reports in Spanish publication Don Balon claim that he could already be on his way.

And despite being 29, the report suggests that United are gearing up to launch a £30million offer for his services after he bagged eight goals in his first 19 appearances.

However, Chelsea are also believed to be keen on landing his signature in a bid to lessen the burden on main frontman Diego Costa.

Bacca had previously been linked with a move to Old Trafford in the past, but the move failed to materialise and he ended up heading for Italy instead.
