Barcelona winger Arda Turan has been transfer listed according to Marca and the La Liga champions would accept an offer two-thirds lower than the €34 million transfer fee they signed him from Atletico Madrid for.
The latest development follows Sport claiming that that Borussia Dortmund have made an enquiry regarding his availability as they continue efforts to replace Mkhtarian who signed for Manchester United.
Arsenal meanwhile are reported to be monitoring the situation according to the Turkiye newspaper.
Despite the rumours linking Turan with a move away from Barcelona he is happy at the club and does have another four-years remaining on his current contract deal.
Turan did miss the first half of last season due to the FIFA transfer ban but did make 25 appearances for his new club since the turn of the year.
The Turkish national team captain won the La Liga and Copa del Rey in his first season at the Spanish giants.
