Bournemouth forward Eli Junior Kroupi is reportedly valued at around £80m as Arsenal have registered an interest in the player.

Paris Saint-Germain are also reported to be keen on the talented young Frenchman, who scored 13 goals in the Premier League last season.

Kroupi looks like he’s sure to continue to be highly sought after by Europe’s biggest clubs, though his progress has been derailed somewhat by a lengthy injury.

Still, if Kroupi returns to form once he’s back to full fitness, it’s easy to imagine Arsenal stepping up their pursuit of the 20-year-old, who looks like an ideal missing piece in Mikel Arteta’s squad…

See the post above from Ekrem Konur on X as he claims: “Arsenal have reignited their interest in Bournemouth striker Junior Kroupi. PSG also see the French international as a potential target, but any deal could cost around £80M for both clubs.”

If Kroupi does end up being available for just £80m that looks like a potential bargain in this current market.

The youngster has shown immense promise and one imagines that price tag could rise quite a bit higher if he continues along his current trajectory.

Arsenal or PSG for Eli Junior Kroupi?

Arsenal surely need Kroupi more than PSG do right now, so it will be interesting to see how the player views these two opportunities.

If Kroupi wants to continue to play regularly, he’d surely be better off moving to the Emirates Stadium, where he’d likely quite quickly establish himself as the first choice over Viktor Gyokeres, whilst also possibly providing an option on the left-hand side.

Still, PSG have won the last two Champions League finals in a row and could offer Kroupi the chance to play a part in even more success at the Parc des Princes.

There’d be a lot of competition from the likes of Ousmane Dembele, Desire Doue, and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in Luis Enrique’s squad, but with time Kroupi might be able to develop into a regular starter.
