Eliaquim Mangala (FC Porto)
The highly rated and massively in-demand France international has a whopping £40m buyout clause in his current deal at the Dragao that runs until June 30 2016, although if United do decide to move for the powerful centre back in January though, it is thought that the Portuguese champions would be willing to part company with the 22-year-old for a fee somewhere in the region of £30m.
Angel Di Maria (Real Madrid)
The brilliant Argentinian wide man has recently been dropped to the substitutes’ bench by new Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti, with the Italian instead preferring to go with a three-man attack comprising Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema.
And as a result, it is understood that the 25-year-old has now asked his representative, super-agent Jorge Mendes, to seal him a move away from the Santiago Bernabeu in January in order to keep alive the winger’s dream of starting for his country at next summer’s Fifa World Cup finals in Brazil.
