Anfield side close in on Egytian international.
Liverpool are reportedly set to sign FC Basel star Mohamed Salah according to the Daily Express.

The 21 year old Egyptian is apparently set to snub interest from Chelsea and Man United in preference to moving to Anfield with Salah’s former team-mate Mohamed Zika convinced a Liverpool move is imminent, stating;
“Yes, I am 99% sure this will happen,”
“He makes us and all of Egypt proud. Everybody talks about Mohamed Salah now – and aside from that he’s my friend.”
The young winger has netted 19 goals in 47 appearances for FC Basel, including goals in two meetings with Chelsea this season, as well as 17 goals in 27 national team matches.
Given that Victor Moses has struggled to impress during his season long loan spell at Liverpool and with Daniel Sturridge out with a long term injury it may well make a great deal of sense for boss Brendan Rodgers to invest in his Anfield attack.
