Anfield keeper set for permanent switch.
Napoli boss Rafa Benitez is ready to meet Liverpool’s asking price as he seeks to make Pepe Reina’s temporary move to the San Paolo a permanent one according to Forza Italia.

The 31 year old keeper, who Benitez knows well from his time in charge at Anfield, has impressed during his time in Naples and the capture of Simon Mignolet appears to have pretty much curtailed Reina’s Liverpool career so a permanent exit is perhaps to the benefit of all concerned.
Some may argue that a fee of €6m (£4.9m) is a little low for a keeper of Reina’s experienced and abilities but perhaps in order to secure a quick sale Liverpool are ready to accept the deal.
Reina was a huge success at Liverpool, racking up 394 appearances in his eight seasons at the club, though perhaps a move to Napoli came at the right time as the form displayed by the Spaniard in the final months of his career at the Premier League club was perhaps a little inconsistent.
