AMR) Raheem Sterling – 8
Top notch, yet again. His pace and directness was a constant menace to the Baggies’ defence, and on this form, he’s probably going to make Roy Hodgson’s England World Cup squad.
AML/FC) Luis Suarez – 7
The brilliant striker failed to add to his 23 Premier League goals this term, but did assist his excellent striker partner Daniel Sturridge for Liverpool’s opener. He did miss a guilt edged chance to put the Reds 2-0 up though, which would have killed the game.
AML/FC) Daniel Sturridge – 6
Sturridge bagged a goal (as per usual) after excellent work from Suarez. Apart from the strike though, he didn’t do much of note. He rotated positions with Suarez between the left win and the striking berth.
