Manchester United boss David Moyes is set to step up his advances for Nottingham Forest youngster Jamaal Lascelles before a bidding war for his signature ensues this summer, the Metro reports.

United have reportedly been tracking the 20-year-old for years now and Moyes is eager to get the jump on his rivals as he looks to overhaul his squad at the end of the season.
And despite rumours of Forest demanding around £15m to prize him away, Moyes has assigned one of his scouts to watch every game that he features in from now until the end of the season.
Moyes is known to be looking to add depth to his squad, but wants to know exactly how good a player is before he offers any sort of deal.
The under-fire Scot is keen to find out whether he will be Premier League ready and able to slot straight into the starting XI or if he will need to go out on loan to a fellow top flight side for a year before bringing him back to compete the following year.
Liverpool and Everton are both said to be interested, and Arsenal even failed with a move for him when he was 17.
