The highly rated France international has been the subject of much interest in his services all season long, with a number of big-name clubs from across the continent known to be keen on landing Pogba when the summer transfer window does finally reopen again for business at the start of July.

And believed to be chief among those suitors are Premier League champions Manchester United, the Frenchman’s former club before he left the Red Devils to join the Old Lady of Italian Football on a free transfer in the summer of 2012.

However, when quizzed on whether he would be putting pen to paper on a new deal at Juve in the aftermath of Thursday night’s win over Lyon in the last eight of the Uefa Europa League, the 21-year-old would only say to Mediaset: “I am not thinking about that, as I am focused only on the pitch.

“Juventus want to keep me at all costs? That makes me happy. I am thinking only about doing well on the field, then we’ll see.”
