The experienced France international’s current deal at the Theatre of Dreams now only runs until the end of June and with there being no sign of the Red Devils bosses handing Evra a contract extension to keep the player at the club next season, it appears as though the 32-year-old will be available to pick up on a lucrative Bosman-style free transfer later this summer.

And now the word coming out of the north west is that Evra could be about to join United captain Nemana Vidic by moving to San Siro next campaign, with new Inter owner Erick Thorir currently embarking on a major overhaul of the first-team squad at the Italian outfit, with a new left back known to be one of the club’s top priorities of the summer.

Evra  managed to register one goal and five assists in total in his 33 Premier League outings for United last season.
