Rooney uploads a video of himself in training as he prepares for this summer’s World Cup in Brazil.
Wayne Rooney’s place in England’s World Cup squad was confirmed on Monday – not that it was ever in doubt.
The Manchester United forward appears to be well pumped up for Brazil 2014, which gets underway on June 12.
Rooney, who has been capped 89 times by the Three Lions at senior international level, has already been to two World Cups.
In 2006, under the management of Sven-Goran Eriksson, Rooney was sent off before England lost to Portugal in a quarter-final penalty shootout.
Four years later, Fabio Capello could only guide Rooney and co as far as the second round, where they were beaten by Germany.
Rooney is already working hard, as you can see below, to make sure that year’s World Cup is his best yet.
