The talented 19-year-old has been linked with a number of bigger clubs in recent times after making an impressive start to the season at the Nou Camp, though he has faded slightly after some strong early performances.
The return from suspension of Luis Suarez will no doubt mean a starting place is harder to come by for Munir, and it seems that the Catalan giants are ready to loan him out in a bid to gain first-team experience and regular playing time to continue his development.
Arsenal have previously been mentioned as contenders to sign the young striker, but it now looks as though they have cooled their interest and that Swansea and West Ham are the leading contenders to snap him up this winter.
This would no doubt make an exciting move for whomever lands the player, in a similar vein to Everton’s smart work in the loan market last season when they brought in another promising Barcelona youngster in Gerard Deulofeu.
