Aguero and Messi are Argentina international teammates and close friends and despite the latter’s name being synonymous with the Catalans, the current City ace says he will try and get the four-time Ballon d’Or winner to join him at the Etihad Stadium.
“I will try to get Leo Messi to sign for Manchester City,” the 26-year-old was quoted by Mundo Deportivo
“It will be difficult, but it would be good if the best players were in the Premier League .”
