Pumas UNAM Confirm Transfer Listed Players

Yesterday it was Puebla who confirmed the players who could leave this winter, today it’s Pumas UNAM.

Mexican clubs conduct a pseudo-draft twice a season, where team owners all meet in a hotel in Cancun and thrash out deals for players. Players have no real control over the process, but it seems to work surprisingly well.

Of course, international transfers are conducted in a normal fashion.

In practice, the pseudo-draft means clubs list who they are willing to do deals on in advance of the meeting, and today the Mexico City side, and losing quarter-finalists, Pumas UNAM announced their list.

There are seven players listed:

Carlos Campos
Fancisco Dutari
Fernando Espinosa
Jose Antonio Garcia
Leonardo Garcia
Diego Lagos
Alan Mendoza
