The Swiss international wants to leave the Bundesliga champions, and the Premier League could be his destination. He wants more time on the pitch, which he is not getting currently in Munich. This is despite manager Pep Guardiola persuading him to stay longer in the last transfer window when he had the same worries.

The midfielder shone at the 2014 World Cup, and has already played 43 times for his country despite only being 23-years-old. Rumours linking him to England were rife in the summer, and they seem to be starting again with the January transfer window coming up.

He has apparently been told that he can leave for as little as £12.5 million in the next month, and this price should entice any prospective buyers with it being very cheap for the man known as the “Alpine Messi.”
