Premier League target close to sealing loan move.
Arsenal and Liverpool could be set to learn their fate as they chase the signing of Dinamo Zagreb midfielder Marcelo Brozovic, who looks set to snub a move to the Premier League.
According to the Daily Star, the Croatian international is nearing a loan switch to Inter Milan, with the view to moving to the San Siro on a permanent deal in the summer.
Brozovic has impressed in his time with Dinamo Zagreb, and had been linked as a top target for both Arsenal and Liverpool this month, with the Gunners in particular need of new additions in the middle of the park after a number of injuries in that department this season.
Still, with Arsene Wenger instead moving to sign Polish youngster Krystian Bielik in that position, it seems as though Brozovic may no longer be a priority as he heads for Serie A as his next destination.
Inter have already signed Gunners forward Lukas Podolski on loan this month, whilst also bringing in Xherdan Shaqiri from Bayern Munich.
