Barcelona right-back Dani Alves is demanding a £100,000 a week three year contract to stay at the Catalan club, reports the Sun.

If the Red Devils were to offer the 31-year-old such a deal then it is very likely that he would sign for them in the summer.

As no transfer fee would be needed for the Brazilian, United may be more willing to pay extra on a contract to get him on board.

However, Barca will fight tooth and nail to keep the full-back as they are unable to sign a replacement with their current transfer ban.

They are not allowed to sign any players until next January. With this in mind they may also be open to offering the massive money that the defender is demanding.
