Team news is in for Sunday’s 4pm kick off between already-crowned Premier League champions Chelsea and top four chasers Liverpool.
With Manchester United beating Crystal Palace on Saturday evening, the Reds must beat the Blues at Stamford Bridge – or their chances of finishing in the top four will be over.
Take a look at the teams below…
With the Blues having already won the title, boss Jose Mourinho has chosen to hand Filipe Luis and Kurt Zouma a start with regulars Cesar Azpilicueta and Gary Cahill rested on the bench.
Youngster Ruben Loftus-Cheek has also been handed his first senior start – taking the position of midfield general Nemanja Matic.
Loic Remy returns from injury to start up top with Didier Drogba dropping to the bench.

There will be mixed reaction to the Reds’ attack, as Rickie Lambert has been given the nod by Brendan Rodgers to lead the attack against Mourinho’s men, as Mario Balotelli – once more – isn’t included in the squad, and Daniel Sturridge is confirmed to be out until September.
Steven Gerrard also makes a return to the starting line up.
